To ensure you have an AMAZING shopping experience we offer a 14 day returns policy for Australian customers, and 30 days for International customers.

If you wish to return a full price item, simply fill out the Return Request Form that gets delivered with your package. Any sale items are final sales and can not be returned or exchanged.

The item must be returned in the mint condition it was sent out as: unworn, unwashed and tags attached, or it will be rejected. Sundays The Label reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. They will then be returned to the customer.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We offer free shipping on the first exchange for Australian customers only.

We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Sundays The Label will not be issued a refund. Sundays The Label will not issue a refund on items that are not received or are lost in transit.

Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for a return/exchange/credit note or refund.

We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was a dispatch error by Sundays The Label. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
