DELIVERY TIME

All orders placed before 9am AEST will be shipped same day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All orders placed after 9am are shipped the following business day! (Please note, if Monday is a public holiday, your order will be shipped Tuesday!)

All orders placed during SALE periods are allowed up to 4 business days to be dispatched, as a high volume of orders come through! We do our best to get all orders out within the first 2 business days!

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

In the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes, your parcel will be destroyed by the courier and a refund cannot be given.

CANCELLATIONS

In the instance that you need to cancel your order, please contact customercare@sndys.com.au with subject title 'CANCEL (#123456)'.

All cancellation enquiries must be sent through before 8am on the business day following the date your order was placed - or else your item would have already processed and dispatched.

To ensure you have an AMAZING shopping experience we offer a 14 day returns policy for Australian customers, and  30 days for International customers. Full priced items that are returned are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. 

If you wish to return a full price item, simply click on our Returns Centre link in the footer and submit the Return Request Form to us. Or simply click on the link: sndys.myreturnscenter.com Once your return is approved you will be given shipping instructions via email. 

Any sale items are final sales and can not be returned, credited or exchanged.

* This includes any items purchased using a promotional code (excluding our WELCOME10 promotional code) OR purchased during a promotional sale period including full priced items. 

The item must be returned in the mint condition it was sent out as: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached, or it will be rejected. SNDYS reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned late, used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. They will then be returned to the customer.

In the event that any sale items are returned - OR - returned after 14 days, they will be shipped back to the customer by the customers expense or discarded within 30 days.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. If you return your item/s for an exchange, we will send the new size back to you with no additional charges for the first exchange (for full priced products, Australian customers only), however the cost to return the item back to us is the customer responsibility. 

We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by SNDYS will not be issued a refund. SNDYS will not issue a refund on items that are not received or are lost in transit.

Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for a return/exchange/credit note or refund. 

All exchanges must be of equal or higher value to the initial garment cost. If you wish to exchange for an item of lesser value, you will be issued a credit note for our online store of the difference between the two garments, excluding shipping costs. Shipping on exchanges is free for your first exchange! 

We are unable to credit original shipping costs unless the item is faulty or there was a dispatch error by SNDYS. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.
