1. Promoter

The promoter is SNDYS Pty Ltd (SNDYS), operating the online store at sndys.com.au (Promoter).

 

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 12:00 pm AEDT on 23 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on 12 November 2026 (Promotion Period).

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

 

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are residents of Australia. Both new and existing SNDYS customers are eligible to enter.

Entrants must provide a valid email address and phone number to be eligible. Both details are mandatory, and entries that do not include both will be deemed invalid.

Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families may be excluded from entry.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify entries that are incomplete, invalid, fraudulent or submitted in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

 

4. How to Enter

To enter, individuals must complete the giveaway entry form during the Promotion Period and provide their email address and phone number.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual may be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from SNDYS by email and SMS, in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms & Conditions.

 

5. Prize

One winner will receive a SNDYS gift voucher valued at $1,000 AUD.

The voucher is redeemable exclusively at sndys.com.au and is subject to the applicable gift voucher terms and conditions.

The voucher is valid for three years from the date of issue. The expiry date will be communicated to the winner when the voucher is issued.

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

The voucher cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen or damaged, to the extent permitted by law.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random on 13 November 2026.

The winner will be contacted by customercare@sndys.com.au using the email address provided at the time of entry.

The prize will be issued to the verified winner on 13 November 2026, subject to successful contact and verification.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of notification or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.

 

7. Privacy and Marketing Consent

By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from SNDYS, including email and SMS communications about new arrivals, promotions, offers and other brand updates.

Entrants must provide both a valid email address and phone number to enter. Personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with the SNDYS Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.

Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communication or using the relevant opt-out method.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not affect an entrant's eligibility or an entry already submitted.

 

8. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and take reasonable steps to prevent fraudulent or invalid participation.

If the promotion cannot proceed as reasonably planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where permitted by law and subject to any necessary approvals.

The Promoter will not be liable for technical failures, lost entries or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law, or other applicable laws.

 

9. Social Media Disclaimer

If the giveaway is promoted on Instagram, Facebook or another social media platform, the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform, unless expressly stated otherwise.

By entering, entrants release the relevant platform from responsibility for the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an entry, entrants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
