Any OUTLET items are final sale and cannot be refunded, credited or exchanged (unless the item is faulty or there is a dispatch error).


All items must be returned to our warehouse within our returns time frame (14 days for Australian customers, 30 days for International) to be eligible for any compensation.

Store credits do not have an expiry date and are eligible for use until the entire value has been redeemed.

Item(s) must be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING, which must be in unused, unwashed condition. SNDYS reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned late, used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. They will then be returned to the customer.

The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable.

Any faulty items received must be reported to our customer care team within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please note if you need to exchange your item(s) this is subject to availability and is at the customers expense. Due to a high turn over of stock, we are unable to hold any stock until your return reaches our warehouse.
