Australian Customers:

EXPRESS: 1 - 5 Business Days: $5.00 AUD via Australia Post

New Zealand Customers: 

EXPRESS: 1 - 5 Business Days: $15.00 AUD via DHL 

Rest of The World:

EXPRESS: 1 - 5 Business Days - $15.00 AUD via DHL

DELIVERY TIME

All orders placed before 9am AEST will be shipped same day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

All orders placed after 9am are shipped the following business day! (Please note, if Monday is a public holiday, your order will be shipped Tuesday!)

All orders placed during SALE periods are allowed up to 4 business days to be dispatched, as a high volume of orders come through! We do our best to get all orders out within the first 2 business days!

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

In the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order. If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes, your parcel will be destroyed by the courier and a refund cannot be given.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS 

Unfortunately, once your order is placed, it has already begun to be processed ready for dispatch so we are unable to cancel. 
If you need to Amend your order, please email our customer care team, we will do our best to update. Sndys reserves the right to refuse the amendment if the items have been processed already and the customer will be held responsible to any charges involved. 

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or DHL, Sndys  will not be held responsible for any lost or misdelivered  parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Sndys via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped.

Sndys is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. If you selected the safe drop option (please note in some states safe drop is mandatory during COVID 19 safe practices) please ensure there is a safe location to leave your parcel as Sndys will not be compensating for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Australia Post online tools can be used to track your parcel. We encourage customers to track parcels.

The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.
