Returns Policy

Extended Christmas Returns Policy

To ensure peace of mind during the holiday season, we’re pleased to offer an extended returns period for your Christmas purchases.

All eligible orders placed between Saturday, 23rd November 2024, and Monday, 23rd December 2024, are eligible for return until Tuesday, 8th January 2025.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags, packaging.
  • All return requests specific to this policy must be lodged via our Returns Portal prior to Tuesday the 8th January 2025 to be eligible for this extended returns policy.

Exclusions:

  • Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive products.
  • Items marked as Final Sale.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If the purchase was made with a gift card or voucher, the refund will be credited back to the same.

Standard Returns Policy

Policy may vary for promotional periods and does not apply to outlet and final sale purchases.

 

Return Timeframes:

To qualify for compensation, products must be shipped back to us within the following timeframes from the delivery date:

  • Domestic Orders: 14 days
  • International Orders: 30 days

Compensation Options:

We offer refunds, exchanges, or 110% store credit for any full-price purchase.

Note: The returns policy may differ for orders placed during promotional periods or for outlet styles. 

 

Store Credits:

Store credits do not expire and can be used until the entire value has been redeemed.

 

Earrings:

For hygiene purposes, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. 

 

Condition of Returned Items:

 

Items must be in original packaging and in unused, unwashed condition.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if items are returned late, used, soiled, worn, or damaged in any way.

Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. 

 

Return Shipping Costs:

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. This includes purchases that have been returned to sender due to incorrect address or failure to collect or refusing to pay taxes and duties. 

 

Processing Returns:

Returns are processed within 3-7 business days of your parcel arriving at our warehouse.

REFUNDS

Valid on full price purchases only

A returns card can be found in your order which contains instructions and a link to our returns portal. Once your return has been lodged and approved, you will receive an RMA number. Please include this, along with your name on your returns card.

A prepaid label will be generated at the end of this process and this cost is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.

All returns must be posted in the mail within the respective timeframe, as any orders returned to our warehouse outside of this may be denied

EXCHANGES

Valid for domestic purchases only

If you choose to return your item(s) for an exchange, we will send the new size back to you with no additional charges for the first exchange.

All exchanges must be of equal or higher value to the initial garment cost. If you wish to exchange for an item of lesser value, you will be issued a credit note for our online store of the difference between the
two garments, excluding shipping costs.

Due to high turnover of stock, we are unable to hold any stock until your return reaches our warehouse. Therefore, availability of items may vary from the time you send it back. If we are unable to proceed with any
exchange requests due to stock availability, you will be provided with a credit note for the value.

CURATED DETAILS

Final Sale & Outlet Purchases
  • No Returns or Exchanges

All items purchased during a final sale are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

No exceptions will be made for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect sizing, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the product.

  • No Price Adjustments

Prices are final and cannot be adjusted after purchase.

Previous purchases are not eligible for price adjustments on final sale items.

  • Faulty Items

If a final sale item is received in a faulty condition, it must be reported to our customer care team within 14 days of receipt.

Faulty items reported within this timeframe may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

  • Promotional Discounts

Promotional discounts and offers cannot be applied to final sale items.

Final sale items are excluded from all promotional activities unless otherwise stated.

  • Order Cancellations

Orders containing final sale items cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Limited Availability

Final sale items are available in limited quantities and sizes.

Availability is not guaranteed, and once an item is sold out, it cannot be restocked.

Pre Order Purchases

Items purchased on Pre Order and valid for a return for refund, exchange or store credit. The returns policy begins from the date your order is delivered. Your return must be requested, approved and shipped back to us within the respective timeframe, pending your location.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item in your order that is faulty or incorrect, please notify our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your item. Please be sure to include details of the fault or incorrect item, and pictures to help our customer care team with your request.

Orders Placed With Welcome or Influencer Discount Codes

Order placed using a welcome or
influencer discount code are valid for a return, refund or exchange and must
fall within the details outlined in our returns policy above. SNDYS reserve the right to cancel any order using these codes if they deem the code has been misused.
