RETURNS POLICY

CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURN TIMEFRAME

 

In order for you to shop with confidence this Christmas season - we have extended our returns timeframe!

 

*AUS CUSTOMERS*

 

Any orders placed from 1st December 2023 are eligible to be returned for any refund, exchange or 110% store credit until 14th January 2024

 

*INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS*

 

Any orders placed from 1st December 2023 are eligible to be returned for any refund, exchange or store credit until 31st January 2024

 

Please keep in mind that any item/s being returned must still be in original condition - with tags attached, unworn & free from any makeup/perfume/tanning products.

AUSTRALIAN & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

A returns card can be found in your order which contains instructions and a link to our returns portal. Once your return has been lodged and approved, you will receive an RMA number. Please include this, along with your name on your returns card.

A prepaid label will be generated at the end of this process and this cost is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable.

All returns must be posted in the mail within the needed timeframe, as any orders returned to our warehouse outside of our returns timeframe may be denied.

  

 

If you receive a faulty item, please notify our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your item. We are unable to cover the cost of your orders shipping unless the item is faulty or there was a dispatch error by SNDYS.

 

Returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

  • Any SALE items are final sales and cannot be refunded, credited or exchanged (unless the item is faulty or there is a dispatch error)
  • All items must be returned back to our warehouse within our returns time frame (14 days for Australian customers, 30 days for International) in order to be eligible for any compensation.
  • Items purchased during a promotional sale period are only eligible for a return for store credit, unless stated otherwise on our social platforms or website during the sale period.
  • Items purchased with an influencers promotional code can be returned.
  • If a WELCOME code is used you are able to return your items for a refund, exchange or credit note.
  • Item(s) must be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING, which must be in good condition. SNDYS reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned late, used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. They will then be returned to the customer.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable.
  • Any items received FAULTY must be reported to our customer care team within 14 days of receiving the item. 

 

 

EXCHANGES (AUS ONLY)

  • If you return your item/s for an exchange, we will send the new size back to you with no additional charges for the first exchange (for full priced products, Australian customers only).
  • All exchanges must be of equal or higher value to the initial garment cost. If you wish to exchange for an item of lesser value, you will be issued a credit note for our online store of the difference between the two garments, excluding shipping costs.
  • Due to high turnover of stock, we are unable to hold any stock until your return reaches our warehouse. Therefore, availability of items may vary from the time you send it back. If we are unable to proceed with any exchange requests due to stock availability, you will be provided with a credit note for the value.
