How Do I Join Your Rewards Program?
To join The Vault, just head over to The Vault and hit the "Join Now" button. Follow the prompts and pop in your details. Once you're in, keep an eye on your inbox for a confirmation email. After that, it’s simple—shop, spend, and start earning!
Do I Get A Birthday Reward?
To receive your birthday bonus on your special day, please make sure to register your birthday at least 30 days in advance.
If your birthday falls within 30 days of your registration, don’t worry! You’ll receive your birthday bonus 30 days after you’ve signed up—this delay only applies for the first year.
After that, all future birthday bonuses will arrive in your inbox right on your birthday. If you register your birthday after it has passed this year, your reward will be added on your next birthday.
Please note, your birthday reward will be based on the Rewards tier you are in on your actual birthday. If it’s been more than 30 days since you registered and you haven’t received your birthday points, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you!
What Are The Benefits To Your Rewards Program?
Our rewards program is designed to give back to our members with even more perks as they engage with us. You'll earn reward points with every purchase, which can be redeemed to save on future orders.
In addition to earning points for purchases, you can collect points for sharing with friends, following us on social media, leaving product reviews, and even receiving bonus points for your birthday} Plus, members enjoy extra perks like exclusive access to special offers, product launches, promotions, giveaways, and more!

Do My Points Expire?
Your rewards points will expire after 12 months of inactivity in your account. This simply means that if there’s no change to your rewards balance—whether by earning or redeeming points—any points earned in the past 12 months will be automatically cleared from your account.
How Do I Redeem My Points?
To redeem your points, visit The Vault and click on the "Redeem Points" button. Follow the instructions to convert your points into savings!
To redeem your points at checkout, simply use the slider above your cart total to select how many points you'd like to apply, then click the "APPLY" button. It's that easy!
Where Do I See How Many Points I Have?
Head to The Vault and log in to your account. From there, you will be able to see your account details and how many points you have!
How Long Do Points Take To Show On My Account?
Points show up on your account almost instantly! However if you have noticed that points have not reflected on your account after 24 hours, please reach out to us at customercare@sndys.com.au or here.
Does My Level Expire?
Once you reach V:01, V:02, V:03, or V:04, you’ll enjoy that tier for a full year from the date you earned it. To maintain your status (or even move up a tier), keep engaging with our program—we’d love to see you continue enjoying the benefits!
Can I Earn Points For Purchases I’ve Previously Made?
You’ll start earning points on purchases made after creating your rewards account. Be sure to sign up before placing your order, so you don’t miss out on any points!
Can I Transfer My Points Between AU And US Stores?
We will happily transfer your points between our AUS and US stores, however we unfortunately cannot transfer your membership tier and you would need to sign up again and start at V:01.
Where Do I View My Account Information?
Once logged in, you can see all your account information in The Vault.
Is It Worldwide?
It sure is! This membership program is open to all locations that we can ship our goodies to. To learn more about our shipping locations, click here.
Is There a Minimum Spend To Redeem Points?
We believe in rewarding loyalty without limitations. That's why there's no minimum spend required to redeem your points. As long as your balance holds enough points for conversion, you're free to enjoy the rewards you've earned.
I Have Two Accounts With Points, Can I Merge Them?
If you need help merging your accounts, simply reach out to our customer service team by reaching out to our customer care team at customercare@sndys.com.au or Contact Us. We’ll be happy to assist you!
Can I Return An Item When I Used My Rewards Points?
Yes, of course! If you choose to return your entire order, we’ll happily refund the full amount you paid after the discount was applied. Any points you used for the discount will also be returned to your rewards account.
Can I Use A Promo Code With Rewards Points?
Unfortunately, promo codes can’t be combined with rewards points. We appreciate your understanding!
I’ve Referred My Friends but Haven’t Received Any Points for It. Is There Something Else I Need To Do?
Thank you so much for sharing us with your friends! We truly appreciate it.
Just a reminder, your referred friends must be first-time customers for both of you to receive your referral rewards. To ensure everything works smoothly, the referral should be initiated through the referral box on your personal rewards page, or by using your unique referral link found there.
Once your friend completes their first purchase on our website, the points will automatically be added to your account.
You’ll receive an email when your referral makes a purchase using your code, along with a notification that the reward has been added. You can also check your ‘Rewards History’ to view any points you've earned through referrals.
Can I Use My Rewards Points for Storewide Sales, and on Outlet Product?
You sure can! Simply add all of your goodies to cart and apply your points discount at checkout!

SNDYS The Label Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the participation in the SNDYS The Label Loyalty Program (“Program”). By enrolling in the Program, participants (“Members”) agree to the terms outlined below.
SECTION 1 - GENERAL
THE VAULT is the rewards program offered to all customers shopping on both the SNDYS Australia (sndys.com.au) and SNDYS US (sndysthelabel.com) websites. Please note that each of these websites operates its own distinct loyalty program, and tiers earned under one program are not transferable to the other.
These Terms and Conditions outline the terms of participation in THE VAULT loyalty program and apply to both SNDYS Australia and SNDYS US customers. By joining THE VAULT, you agree to these Terms, along with our Website Terms and Conditions and any applicable laws or regulations. We encourage you to review these terms carefully.
By participating in THE VAULT, you consent to receiving communications from us via email, SMS, mail, and push notifications (unless you have chosen to opt-out). These communications may include information related to your account, loyalty rewards, promotions, and other purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
SECTION 2 - MEMBERSHIP
No purchase is required to enroll in the Program. Membership is granted upon the creation of an account at SNDYS The Vault. Use of personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy. Participation in the Program is void where prohibited by law.
By creating an account and participating in the Program, Members agree to these Terms and Conditions. SNDYS reserves the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise alter the Program, including the point redemption structure and expiration policy, at any time without prior notice. Changes may impact the use of accumulated points.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift vouchers or any equivalent. Any abuse, misuse, or fraud associated with point accrual or the Program may result in termination of the Member's account and forfeiture of any accumulated points. For inquiries, contact Customer Care.
SECTION 3 - ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for participation in the Program, an individual must create an account as outlined in this Agreement and comply with the general Website Terms and Conditions.
SECTION 4 - HOW TO JOIN
To enroll in the Program:
- Register for an account at SNDYS The Vault.
- Purchases made prior to the launch of the loyalty program are not eligible for points accrual. Points will be accrued on the account from 11 October 2024.
SECTION 5 - ACCOUNT
Members are required to keep personal information current by updating it through their account. Name and address updates can be made directly, but changes to the email address require assistance from Customer Care. Members can view point balances, order history, and update their profile through their dashboard. Birthday details can be added on The Vault page for additional rewards.
SECTION 6 - POINTS ACCUMULATION
Points are earned through the following activities:
- Account registration
- Qualifying purchases
- Referrals
- Following SNDYS Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok accounts
- Birthday
Points are not earned on taxes, shipping fees, or purchases made with gift cards or store credit. Points expire 12 months from the date they are earned unless redeemed.
Point Tiers (Effective October 2024):
- V:01 (Spend: $1 - $349 AUD): 1 point per dollar; 10% off birthday reward; double points days; access to new product launches.
- V:02 (Spend: $350 - $1099 AUD): 2 points per dollar; 15% off birthday reward; 350 point bonus; early access to collections.
- V:03 (Spend: $1,100 - $2,199 AUD): 3 points per dollar; 20% off birthday reward; 500 point bonus; access to exclusive events and priority customer service.
- V:04 (Spend: $2,200 AUD+): 3 points per dollar; $50 birthday discount code; 1,000 point bonus; priority dispatch and event perks.
SECTION 7 - POINTS REDEMPTION
Points may be redeemed according to the following schedule:
- 100 points = $10 AUD off.
- 150 points = $25 AUD off.
- 250 points = $25 AUD off.
- 500 points = $50 AUD off.
Points can be redeemed on The Vault page and applied as discounts during checkout. A minimum of 100 points is required for redemption. Loyalty program discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes, and there is no minimum spend required to redeem points.
SECTION 8 - RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If a Member returns or cancels an order, the points earned from that transaction will be deducted from the account. Should this result in a negative point balance, the Member must earn enough points to bring the balance to zero before accruing additional points. If an order is canceled before shipment, rewards associated with the transaction may be reinstated; however, rewards cannot be reinstated if shipping has commenced.
SECTION 9 - REFERRAL PROGRAM
Members may refer friends who are new customers. The referred customer must use the referral code provided during their first purchase. Once the referred customer’s order has shipped, the referring Member will receive 200 points.
Referral Conditions:
- The referred customer must spend at least $120 AUD for the referrer to earn points.
- Referral rewards expire 12 months from the date of issue.
- Referral codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
- Referral code expires 30 days after the initial referral
SECTION 10 - PROMOTIONS & GIVEAWAYS
Points and discount codes associated with THE VAULT loyalty program cannot be combined with any other promotional offers provided by SNDYS. This prohibition includes, but is not limited to, the use of credit notes, influencer discount codes, and any other coupon code-driven promotions.
Points may, however, be redeemed during sitewide sales where prices are marked using strikethrough markdown methods, displaying both a "WAS" price and a "NOW" price.
SNDYS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of account termination, all associated points will be forfeited. SNDYS will make reasonable efforts to ensure points are allocated to qualifying transactions, but assumes no responsibility for technical issues or errors impacting point accrual.
