COVID-19 UPDATE

Here at SNDYS, our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

The COVID-19 outbreak continues to have an impact throughout communities around the world, and we know it has been a challenging and uncertain time for everyone.

The SNDYS team is working hard to ensure all orders are processed, dispatched and delivered as normal in a timely manner, however there are currently delays within the Australia Post system that are unfortunately completely out of our control.

We ask for your patience as unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, these delays are completely out of our control.

Please also keep in mind that information changes all the time so the information my not reflect the current nature of the situation.

- Express Post isn't guaranteed Express but is still the most prioritised method for both International and Domestic mail. In some areas safe drop is the only option as Australia post are practicing social distancing to ensure the safety of staff and customers. 

- ALL International parcels can be affected by up to six weeks minimum.  This is because aircraft is not flying at the same rate and Australia Post relies on passenger planes to transport their mail. 

NOTES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

- USA and Canada - Delays of up to 6-7 weeks.

-RESTRICTED COUNTRIES (currently not receiving mail) - India, Mexico, Austria, Romania, Russia, Turkey. 

-For items sent between 25th March and 30th April, additional delivery delays on top of the below have occurred. Australia Post is working hard to process all items on hand and deliver them as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

-Some International Countries are currently not accepting International Parcels due to local government restrictions.
